These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Puravo Cleaner App. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.

1. License to Use the App

Puravo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the legal right to access and manage any content you clean or delete using Puravo.
  • You do not use the app in any way that may violate laws or third-party rights.
  • You grant the necessary permissions to Puravo to access and clean files or media, including photos, contacts, and calendars, as required by the app's functionality.

3. Subscription & Payment

Puravo offers a subscription service for premium features that includes additional cleaning tools and advanced functionality. Payment is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system, and subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

4. Updates & Modifications

Puravo may release updates to improve performance or introduce new features. These updates may be installed automatically, and you agree to receive these updates when you use the app.

5. Limitations of Liability

Puravo is provided "as-is," and we make no warranties regarding the availability, performance, or functionality of the app. We are not responsible for any data loss, device damage, or other issues resulting from the use of the app.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful activity. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

8. Changes to the Terms

Puravo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.
